The Secret of Pirates’ Hill was first published in 1956 by Grosset & Dunlap and revised and re-published in 1972 by franklin w Dixon. It was about being Hired by a mysterious businessman to locate an old Spanish cannon but he brothers and friends grow more and more suspicious as they encounter stolen cars and a mysterious man on a motorcycle. They eventually uncover the cannon and thousands of gold bullion after perilous underwater adventures.
Over The Top of the World was published on January 26, 1997, it was about A day-to-day narrative captures the sometimes-life-threatening experiences of renowned polar explorer Will Steger and his team as they travel by dogsled over the North Pole to record ecological changes in the Arctic.
Under The Same Sky by Cynthia DeFelice was published in 2003, Best Children’s Book of the Year. It was about exploring our dependency on migrant workers and simultaneous reluctance to let these people into our country and into our lives.

The Hobbit by J.R.R Tolkien was published on September 21, 1937, it was about set in Middle-earth and follows home-loving Bilbo Baggins, the titular hobbit, who joins the wizard Gandalf and thirteen dwarves that make up Thorin Oaken shield’s Company, on a quest to reclaim the dwarves’ home and treasure from the dragon Smaug.
