Dunkin is better!!

 There’s always a debate between kids whether Dunkin or Starbucks is better! My friend Daniella and I had a debate and asked kids around VMS and got some people’s opinions. I’m going to be doing Dunkin. I personally like it because I get a Strawberry Dragon fruit refresher. Then if I get a donut, I get a Boston cream donut, or a chocolate frosted glazed. But if I get food, I will get a toasted bagel and cream cheese. 

 Dunkin was founded in 1950 in Quincy, MA. They have a variety of donuts, drinks, and food. They made Dunkin doughnuts because they wanted to make and serve the freshest, most delicious coffee and donuts quickly in modern and merchandised stores. People used to know it for drinks but now a lot more people know it for donuts. There are 2.9 billion donuts that get sold a year. That is a lot! 

Zania- I like Dunkin better. It has a lot more food and I get Chocolate munchkins. 

Gzyhiaa- Dunkin has better food, especially croissant with cheese and bacon.  

Mya- Dunkin it’s just better. I like croissants with egg and cheese. 

Lizzie- Dunkin I go to it every day and the food is better! For coffee I get a French vanilla ice coffee with cream and sugar or a strawberry dragon fruit refresher. For food I get bacon and cheese wraps or a everything bagel with cream cheese and its toasted.  

Maddie- Dunkin is better Starbucks is mid. I get a chocolate frosted donut and a strawberry dragon fruit refresher. 

Alicia- I think Dunkin is better. What I get from there is a Caramel ice coffee with a lot of sugar and no cream and 3 shots of Carmel. For a donut I just get a vanilla one. 

 As you can see many people chose Dunkin. You can never say you don’t like anything from Dunkin, because there are so many tasty things!  

Starbucks is better!!

      Many years ago, there was only regular coffee or decaf coffee. Now there are multiple types of coffees. For example, there are, lattes, cappuccino, iced coffee, cold brews, Macha, etc. A lot of cities have their own little coffee shops, but sometimes they run out of coffee or didn’t have the item shipped to them. But do you want to know one coffee shop that will always have what you want? It’s Starbucks. While Dunkin’ may offer a decent variety of coffee, Starbucks will always blow them out of the water. Which do you like better, Starbucks or Dunkin’? Personally, I like Starbucks better.  

    Starbucks was created on March 30, 1971, by Gordon Bowker, Jerry Baldwin, and Zev Siegl. Starbucks put their first store along the cobblestone streets of Seattle’s historic Pike Place Market. Starbucks got their name idea by the classic tale “Moby-Dick.” Starbucks is known for fresh-roasted coffee beans, tea, and spices. Me and my friend Stella went around VMS to ask kids which they like better. 

Allie- “I like Starbucks better because its good and taste better, especially the pink drink.”  

Morgan- “I prefer Starbucks over Dunkin’ because it has better drinks. I like the vanilla Frappuccino with Carmel drizzle.”  

Nevaeh- “Starbucks because it’s simply just better. I get a strawberry refresher with no scoop strawberries and light lemonade and sometimes light ice and then I either get a birthday cake pop or grilled cheese.”  

Jessica- “I like Starbucks better than Dunkin’ because they have a better variety of drinks and food. My go to order at Starbucks is a medium iced coffee with french vanilla, cream, 2 Splenda’s, and cold foam and then for food I get a birthday cake pop.” 

    Starbucks has really changed the way people order their coffee in the last 51 years. Dunkin’ has tried their best to switch up their ways but they will always be one step behind Starbucks. So, in conclusion Starbucks will always be better than Dunkin.
